As a Branding Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing top class advice and expertise on anything branding related: such as designing, website development, and the different services our company offers. The Consultant’s role is to evaluate a client’s goals and provide expert advice, service, and opinion on what needs to be done and implementing strategies to improve their brand image or audiences’ reach. JOB DUTIES:

NATURE OF WORK:
Performs technical work with responsibility for the preparation of graphic materials. Work is of a specialized nature requiring administrative and advanced technical ability in the coordination of related graphics projects, in addition to performance of complex artwork and graphics assignments and special technical reports and studies. Work is performed under general supervision via Custom Work Management System and Administrators of The Business Toolkit®.

NATURE OF WORK:
You will be responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day operations, including carrying out administrative services and supporting the design, development, and professional teams. This position’s ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing, detailing, updating, and maintaining client tasks on Custom Work Management System (10000+)
- Attend board meetings and prepare weekly agendas (setup zoom, record meetings, update logs, minutes)
- Creating zoom meetings for the entire firm and attending if needed
- Gmail organizing and maintaining a clean inflow/outflow. Monitoring daily emails (spam, junk, inbox). Report to consultants, directors, and employees if any clients email on current projects

We need someone like you to help us create beautiful websites for your clients. We’re looking for a front-end web developer who can plan, design, and build websites for various industries, troubleshoot problems when they arise, optimize code and content for SEO purposes, and much more. You’ll be working closely with our team of consultants and other web gurus on projects ranging from landings pages to E-Commerce websites—and everything in between!
