A canopy tent is the most expensive thing on this site to get wrong, because the artwork wraps a three-dimensional object with seams, a scalloped valance and panels that are not rectangles. A dedicated Print Concierge checks your file against the actual panel template before anything is printed: whether the logo lands on the flat of the valance rather than across a seam, whether the resolution holds at the size it will be viewed from, and whether the background carries all the way past the trim. If something is off, we contact you before production, not after a $1,200 tent has been made.

Why dye sublimation matters here
Custom canopy tents are printed one of two ways. Cheaper suppliers screen or vinyl print onto the surface, which sits on top of the fabric and cracks along fold lines after a season of packing and unpacking. We use dye sublimation, where the ink turns to gas and bonds into the polyester fibre itself.
- The print cannot crack, peel or flake, because there is no layer sitting on top.
- The fabric stays soft and folds into the bag without leaving creases through the artwork.
- Colour holds under UV far longer than a surface print.

What comes with your tent
Every printed canopy tent ships as a complete kit: the printed canopy, a commercial-grade aluminium frame with push-button height adjustment, and a wheeled carry bag. The frame sets up in a few minutes with two people and does not need tools. Walls, half walls and table covers are available as separate items if you want a fully enclosed booth. If you are ordering more than one tent for multiple locations or a touring schedule, use the request form on this page and we will quote it directly.

Getting your artwork print-ready
Send vector artwork wherever possible, an AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined. Canopy tent graphics are viewed from several feet away, but they are also enormous, so a logo that looks fine on a business card will fall apart when it is three feet across.
- Vector art scales to any size with no quality loss. This is the format to send.
- If you only have a raster file, it needs to be at least 150 DPI at full tent size, which is a very large file.
- Keep critical text and logos off the seams and away from the valance scallops.

Production and delivery
Canopy tents take longer than flat print because the fabric is cut and sewn after it is printed. The arrival estimate at the top of this page reflects that and updates live as you configure. We ship nationwide from Florida. If you have a hard event date, tell us in the notes and we will confirm before taking the order rather than after. Pairing your tent with business cards or flyers for the same event is the usual way people clear the free-shipping threshold.
