You’ve come to the right place! If you already have a present logo design, just send it to us. We’ll have our creative consultants review and then recommend the best package suitable for your company logo.
A design consultation is an opportunity for you to speak with your creative consultant about your brand, business, and how a distinguished design can help you. Our creative consultants are highly experienced and enjoy getting in contact to fully grasp your design needs. We care about our clients more than anything and will be with you from beginning to end of this amazing journey.
A creative consultant will contact you within 12 hours from the time you placed your order. If it has been beyond this timeframe, please contact us at support@thebusinesstoolkit.com or call us at (786)-305-5600.
Our high success rate and 5-Star status is solely based on our procedure and hands-on approach. Each package brings a certain number of revisions. So, if you’re unhappy with your first draft, we can have a conversation to figure out exactly what you want and need.
No worries, many of our clients go through this. Fortunately, we’re prepared. When placing your order, you’re required to fill out our online form, which consists of personality questions that will help us depict your vision and execute precisely what you want. This questionnaire also matches the design team of similar traits to ensure optimum performance. And don’t forget, your creative consultant will also be giving you a call to discuss key points of your logo that will help immensely. Whether you have a clear vision or not, it’s our top priority to create your perfect logo.
Often clients are overwhelmed when they are presented with multiple options. Therefore, based on the information received, we work with one concept at a time instead of sending multiple ones. This way, we’re more efficient and effective by building and adjusting things from the first draft.
Our speed of execution and professionalism is unmatched in our industry.
The first draft may vary based on the selected package, the intricacy of the design, and our order queue. However, delivery of the first draft is within 72 hours for most packages. The complex package may take up to 5 business days.
Revision can usually take 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the details
You sure can! If you have a firm idea of what you want your logo to be, you can upload the files on the online form, send via email, or direct message to your creative consultant. Rest assured that our designers possess the necessary skills to bring it to life.

Design Files and Formats
- Dropbox
For printing and advertising purposes, we send various formats and backgrounds:
- AI
- EPS
- JPG
- PNG
- SVG
AI – Adobe Illustrator
An AI file is a vector-based image created in Adobe Illustrator. It’s commonly called the “working file,” “source file,” or “master file.”
The AI format is used mostly for logos and print media. This file can be modified as needed without reducing the quality of the logo.
You won’t be able to view or open this file unless you have the proper software.
EPS – Encapsulated PostScript
An EPS file is a vector-based image and is meant for print usage. These files have a transparent background and are easily scalable for print — they can be as large as a billboard and as small as a business card.
When you send your logo to a printer or design professional, always send the AI or EPS version unless another format is specifically requested. They can export this file into another file format if needed.
Keep in mind you might not be able to open or use this file without the proper software.
PDF – Portable Document Format
A PDF is usually generated from Adobe Illustrator or another software and is a quite common file type and can be viewed in a finder window, web browser, or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PDFs have a background color to them or can have a background size larger than the graphic itself.
PNG – Portable Network Graphic
A PNG file is a raster-based graphic and can be used for almost any digital purpose. A PNG file supports transparent backgrounds. They can be used as a watermark on videos, your website, presentation, letterhead, and social media and opened with most computer software or in a web browser. However, this file type is not recommended for print.
JPG, JPEG – Joint Photographic Experts Group
A JPG (JPEG) file is a raster-based image meant for web or print use. A JPG file does not support transparent backgrounds. They can be used for your website and on social media and opened with any computer software.
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a web-friendly vector file format. Vector files, as opposed to pixel-based raster files such as JPEGs, contain images using mathematical formulas based on points and lines on a grid. This means that vector files, such as SVG, may be scaled extensively without losing any of their quality, making them perfect for logos and complex online graphics.
Raster graphics (also known as bitmap graphics) are digital images composed of tiny rectangular pixels of colors and tone. Each unique color pixel comes together to create the overall image. Pixels appear like little squares on graph paper when the image is zoomed in or enlarged.
Vector graphics are not made up of a grid of pixels. Instead, vector graphics are comprised of paths or line art, each with a mathematical formula (vector) that tells the path how it is shaped and what color it is bordered with or filled by. These paths can be used to create simple drawings or complex diagrams.
The most common raster file types include JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, RAW, and PSD.
The most common vector file types are AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG.
Raster images are best for photos, while vectors are best for logos, illustrations, engravings, etchings, product artwork, signage, and embroidery.
The backgrounds used for our packages are standard backgrounds we have created and have the license for. Given copyright and trademarks legality, we cannot use any other backgrounds for the packages that’s not licensed by us.
However, we do send you a PNG file that allows you to place the logo on any background you would like.
The logo is designed in Adobe Illustrator which is the industry-standard vector drawing program. If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you can absolutely edit the logo yourself. The master file (EPS) that you’ll receive is fully editable, as well.
You do! At the end of the logo design process, we’ll send you all the file formats you’ll need. Your logo design ownership is certified under your name based on your purchase of a rendered service by The Business Toolkit LLC. Your proof of receipt can also be used to legally file any trademarks or patents. However, we ensure your design is not stolen or victimized throughout our process.
CorelDRAW files are not included in industry-standard graphic design exports. This is because CorelDRAW is a completely different software program than the ones typically used for graphic design, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. While some design files can be exported to CorelDRAW, the program has its own unique file format (.cdr) that may not be compatible with other design programs.
If you require a specific format that we do not typically provide, we recommend working with another company or specialist who can provide the necessary expertise and support to ensure that your design is optimized for your specific needs.
.DST format is not provided because converting a design into the .dst file format requires specialized software that is different for every type of embroidery machine. Therefore, this is outside the scope of our finished results due to the numerous possibilities of it not matching that particular company’s equipment.
If you require a specific format that we do not typically provide, we recommend working with another company or specialist who can provide the necessary expertise and support to ensure that your design is optimized for your specific needs.
Additional Concerns
Yes, you can upgrade if you require additional details to your logo design than what your package already offers. You will know this upon speaking with your creative consultant after your order has been placed. Please note that upgrading to a higher package can only be done before we start working on your logo, as each logo package has its respective design team assigned.
If you have exhausted all your revisions, we are willing to work with you, so there’s no need to panic. However, if the changes to the design are extensive, an additional fee of $25.00 per revision will be required.
Once the logo design is finalized, the order is then closed. If any further changes are needed afterward, there will be a revision fee to reopen. The revision fee entails assigning a designer to the job, re-exporting, and re-filing on our legal database, etc.
We print our business cards on a glossy 16PT C2S. We can also print on both sides at no additional cost.
Yes! Everything begins with your logo, though, but once that’s completed, we can design almost any type of marketing material you need. So whenever you’re ready to get your business out there, we’re ready to make it happen.
