    Commercial printing without the guesswork

    Most print goes wrong before it reaches the press. A logo placed too close to the trim, a photo that looked fine on screen at 72dpi, a fold that lands in the middle of a headline. Online printers run the file as supplied and the problem only becomes visible when the box arrives.

    Every order here is reviewed by a Print Concierge first. If the artwork will not print well you hear about it before we run it, and if you do not have artwork our design team will build it for $75 per product on the correct template, with the print-ready file handed back to you.

    The catalogue runs from business cards and letterhead through brochures, flyers and postcards, to large format like yard signs, window decals and canopy tents. Ordering several together is the norm, and we match colour across the set so they read as one identity.

    Printing questions

    How long does printing take?

    Most orders go to press within one business day of artwork approval and ship in three to five business days. Large-format items like canopy tents and retractable banners take longer, and each product page shows its own arrival estimate before you pay.

    Do you check my artwork before printing?

    Yes. A Print Concierge reviews every file before anything goes on press, checking bleed, resolution, fold alignment and trim. If something will not print well you hear from us before we run it, not after.

    What if I do not have artwork?

    Our design team will build it for $75 per product, laid out on the correct template with bleed and trim accounted for, and you own the print-ready file outright.

    Is shipping free?

    Shipping is free on orders over $120 anywhere in the United States. Below that a flat $15 applies, shown in the cart before checkout.

    Can I order the same design across several products?

    Yes, and it is the most common request. Business cards, letterhead and envelopes are usually ordered together so the colour matches across all three. Tell your Print Concierge and they will keep the set consistent.
