    Flyer printing questions

    What file format should I send?
    Vector artwork is best: AI, EPS or a press-ready PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG at 300 DPI, though type and logos will always be sharper from vector. If you are not sure whether your file is suitable, upload it and your Print Concierge will check it before anything is printed.
    What is bleed and do I need it?
    Bleed is artwork that extends past the trim line so that no white edge appears if the cut shifts fractionally. Add 0.125in on every side and keep important content at least 0.125in inside the cut. If your file has no bleed we will tell you and, in most cases, we can add it for you.
    Is double-sided printing more expensive?
    Yes, two-sided costs more than one-sided because it is a second pass on press. The exact difference depends on size, stock and quantity, and the price above updates the moment you switch between them so you can see it before you commit.
    What is the minimum order?
    One hundred flyers. Unit cost drops sharply with volume, so it is worth checking the per-unit figure on each quantity tile before you decide. The saving from 100 to 1,000 is usually large enough to change the decision.
    How long will my flyers take?
    Production runs seven days a week. Approve your proof by 3PM ET and your job enters that day's run. The estimated arrival date above reflects your current selection and assumes artwork has been approved.
    Do you ship free?
    Ground shipping is included on orders over $120. Below that a flat $15 shipping charge applies. Florida sales tax is added at 7% on print orders.
    Can I reorder without uploading again?
    Yes. Choose "This is a reorder" during checkout and we will use the artwork we already hold on file for you. If you want a change made to the previous version, tell your Print Concierge and they will handle it.
    Can I see a proof before printing?
    Yes. Nothing goes on press until you have approved a proof. Proofs are typically ready within one business day, and often the same day for orders placed early.
    What if the flyers arrive wrong?
    If we printed it wrong, we reprint it at our cost. That covers our error, not a mistake in supplied artwork that was approved at proof stage, which is exactly why a Print Concierge reviews every file first.

    Matte or Gloss?

    Gloss enhances colors and photographs, making it ideal for promotional flyers and image-heavy designs. Matte reduces glare, is easier to read, and can be written on, making it perfect for coupons, forms, menus, and informational flyers. Both finishes are available at no additional cost.

    Print-Ready Artwork

    For the best results, submit a press-ready PDF, AI, or EPS file with 300 DPI resolution, CMYK colors, and 0.125" bleed. If your artwork is not ready, do not worry. We will review your files, fix minor issues when possible, and contact you before printing if anything needs attention.

    Need Flyer Design?

    No artwork? No problem. Choose Design It For Me, and our professional graphic design team will create a custom flyer for $75, including a print-ready file. You can also reorder previous designs or upload your artwork later. Nothing prints until you approve your proof.

    Fast Printing & Delivery

    Our production facility operates 7 days a week to keep your project moving. Approve your artwork by 3 PM ET, and your order enters that day's production queue. Orders over $120 receive free ground shipping, and your estimated delivery date updates automatically during checkout.
